Random facts about myself for funsies:
✿ I'm working towards becoming an art teacher, specializing in elementary/middle school!! (wow who would've guessed)
✿ I'm team coffee > tea and my go-to coffee drinks are usually either iced lattes with lavender syrup, iced americanos, iced einspänners or seasonally flavored (pumpkin spice, peppermint mocha/eggnog and horchata are some of my faves!)
✿ I use Procreate for drawing and the Adobe Suite for typography/anything else
✿ I added this section because I didn't feel like rehashing the other pages on the site to a huge degree

TERMS OF SERVICE
What to know prior to commissioning?
‣ When commissioning me, let me know what you would like for me to draw, + give me references of characters or environments!
‣ I will charge extra on more detailed subjects (examples: mecha, heavily detailed clothing/armor patterns, 3+ characters, detailed backgrounds).
‣ Refer to my portfolio for work I have done! I only do digital work- thus, the deliverables will only ever be digital files.

‣ Clients are not permitted to do the following under any circumstances (Should you disobey these rules, you will be blacklisted.)
‣ Use commission to create NFTs (non-fungible tokens).
‣ Use commission for LLM training
‣ Draw over, trace, edit, or heavily reference the commission
‣ Remove the signature from the commission
‣ Take credit for or claim the commission as your own work
‣ Not credit me while reposting the commission without my permission
‣ Reproduce or distribute artwork for commercial use without my permission. Should you want to use this artwork commercially:
‣ The commercial fee is an additional charge of 25% of the original price
‣ The merchandising/printing fee is an additional charge of 75% of the original price.
‣ I retain all copyright and ownership of my work. Commissioning me means you agree to let me use your commission in the following ways:
‣ As an example for future clients + in commission advertising posts
‣ Posting publicly for promotion/marketing purposes (you may, however, ask to remain anonymous, and I will watermark your commission at your request)
‣ Making timelapse speedpaints to post online
Reference Images
‣ Client is responsible for providing clear character, pose and/or background references for their commission. Moodboards are also welcome.
‣ If the reference is not a high-res flat color digital full-body drawing, I am not to be held responsible for mistakes made outside of the free corrections made. I will still attempt to draw from the reference as well as possible._
‣ If you would like to give me the freedom to do what I wish with your character, feel free to let me know! However, if you want something more specific, be specific with your request.
‣ I have the right to refuse a commission should I feel that I am unable to provide what you ask for- I will try my best to direct you towards those I know who have what you’re looking for, but I cannot promise anything.
Payment, Refunding & Cancelling
‣ Payment is to be made through PayPal.
‣ All commissions above $25 USD require 25% upfront payment for security reasons.
‣ You are permitted to pay in installments up to 2 times.
‣ If you have to cancel the commission for some reason, I will refund you a portion of your money depending on how long I worked on the commission for. These refund amounts all depend on commission type.
‣ Upfront Payment: 100%
‣ Sketch: 70-90%
‣ Lineart: 40-60%
‣ Flat colors: 30-50%
‣ Finished Product/Background: No refund.
‣ 100% refunds shall only be given otherwise if
‣ I cancel/don’t accept your commission (I do not have to give a reason for this)
‣ 2 months have passed and I have not started work on your commission, unless it was discussed prior to payment that there would be a queue/wait
‣ By paying the invoice, you confirm:
‣ You are paying for a digital product/service- no physical deliverable shall be produced
‣ You shall not attempt a chargeback. Any attempt to do so will result in loss of access to your commission and being blacklisted.
‣ You are fully aware of the possibility of legal action should you continue to use your commission after a chargeback occurs.
‣ Character designs that go unpaid for automatically belong to me.
Client Satisfaction
‣ I always try to keep an open dialogue with my clients so I will send you progress on the commission as I continue to work on it.
‣ Product delivery ahead of my set time frame for delivery (typically ±4 weeks) will come at an extra charge, the price itself depending on the amount of detail in the artwork.
‣ If you are unsatisfied with your product, please contact me through Twitter or Instagram. I will make necessary adjustments free of charge (especially if it's an adjustment I notice I need to make- it happens!)
‣ However, if you ask for more than the initial commission specified (examples: extra character, shading, a background) then I will charge extra.
